A Guaranteed Fit!  Repair parts for BAC (Baltimore Air Coil) equipment are guaranteed for fit, and to maintain or exceed original specifications for performance. Parts from BAC are guaranteed for one year. 
 

COOLING TOWER REPAIRS

Sump Reconditioning
Leaking sumps can lead to water damage and increased water and sewage usage. Using our process the sump is completely cleaned, using sandblasting, scraping, and wire wheel as required. Then replacement sheet metal is installed if necessary. A two-part urethane membrane system is then applied.  The membrane system forms a continuous elastomeric barrier to water and most chemical solutions.  Two liquid components are mixed on the job site just prior to cold application by squeegee, roller or spray.  The liquid cures quickly to form a seamless asphalt-extended polyurethane membrane with tremendous strength and flexibility.  This membrane system has been proven in field applications for more than three decades.

Fill Replacements
New fill will give you equal or greater capacity than the original specifications. Depending upon requirements, we can provide block or hanging fill. The hanging fill kits from the factory come complete with all hangers and brackets. 

Water Distribution
New water distribution systems can increase the efficiency of your tower and reduce maintenance costs. The factory replacement systems are clog free, large orifice, 360-degree spray pattern nozzles with a PVC distribution system. The system can be installed without disturbing external piping. Installation 
includes removing the existing distribution system, installing header and branch piping with nozzles and grommets.

Coil Replacements
Replacement of leaking coils is often more cost effective than trying to repair multiple leaks. If a coil has been frozen or is leaking due to deterioration, it may be futile to try to repair it.  The replacement coil will be factory tested and guaranteed for one year. 

Structural Repairs
Replacing structural members requires expertise in tower construction. With  Pro Air Plus’s experience and factory backing, we can make the required repairs.

Cooling Tower Rentals
For use during repairs or when a temporary increase in capacity is required.  Pro Air Plus has cooling towers available for rental in a size to meet your needs.
