UPGRADES  

Upgrades and Enhancements can improve capacity and efficiency saving money. They can improve worker productivity and safety. Retrofits can provide tighter control of required capacity.

Ladders
Ladders provide easy and safe access for service. Using an OSHA approved ladder can avoid injuries and workers compensation claims.  A fixed ladder
eliminates the need to use an extension ladder every time maintenance or repair is required. If required OSHA approved safety cages are also available.

Hand rails
Used in conjunction with ladders or by themselves handrails are another way to improve worker productivity and safety. OSHA requires a perimeter handrail when working on top of equipment 6' or more above the ground. 

Service Platforms
On most crossflow towers an exterior service platform eliminates the need for a perimeter handrail. Most of the maintenance can be done from the platform.  Interior platforms make motor maintenance, repair or replacement a simpler and much safer job.

Motors
The Energy Miser Fan System consists of two motors with the Baltidrive power train. One fan motor is sized for full load and the second is sized at approximately 1/3 the horsepower and 2/3 the speed of the main fan. This system will reduce energy costs since the tower will operate on the small motor the majority of the time. Operating at lower speed helps match capacity to system load while reducing sound levels. With this system you have motor redundancy for backup. The system is made-up of standard belt drive components. This reduces maintenance time and material costs especially when compared to gear drive systems. We also can provide two speed motors.

Variable Speed Drives
When tight temperature control is required with energy savings a variable speed drive is the answer. Disconnects can be included in the drive saving the cost of a separate component. A variable speed drive also reduces motor and drive component wear since the motor starts slowly and operates at low speed most of the time.

Control Panels 
Pro Air Plus can design and fabricate a custom control panel to meet your specifications. We also have a service department for diagnosis, replacements and repairs. 

Cell Additions 
If an increase in capacity is required Pro Air Plus can provide cell additions to meet your needs.  

Centrifugal Separators & Sand Filters 
Centrifugal separators remove particles from your loop or tower water down to the 5-75 micron range. Sand filters remove particles down to.5 micron. This reduces energy and maintenance costs.
